By using Squad Builder you agree to these terms. Please read them; they are short.
Who provides the service
Squad Builder (the "site" or the "service") is an independent fan-made tool operated by a private individual (referred to as "we", "us" or "the operator"), not by a company. You can reach the operator at [email protected].
The service
Squad Builder helps you plan EA SPORTS FC Ultimate Team squads. It is an unofficial tool, not endorsed by or affiliated with Electronic Arts Inc. It does not connect to your EA account and cannot buy, sell or transfer anything in the game.
Ratings, stats, chemistry, prices and recommendations are provided for information only. Market prices are estimates and may be delayed or inaccurate. Always check in the game before spending coins: we are not responsible for in-game decisions or losses.
Your account
- You must provide a real email address you control and keep your password safe.
- One person, one account. Creating multiple accounts to get extra free trials or to get around restrictions is not allowed.
- You are responsible for activity on your account.
- You can stop using the service at any time. To have your account deleted, write to [email protected] from the email linked to it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, copy or mass-download the site's data, or overload it with automated requests;
- try to break, bypass or probe the site's security, limits or access controls;
- use bots, scripts or fake accounts;
- use the site for anything illegal or to harm other users.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without prior notice if the abuse is serious.
VIP features
Advanced features are part of VIP, a subscription for $3.99 per month or $39.99 per year (the price already includes applicable taxes). What is included is listed on the Pricing page. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel; you can cancel at any time in your profile and keep VIP until the end of the period you have paid for. Nothing is charged without your explicit action at checkout.
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the reseller and merchant of record. Card and bank details are entered only on the secure Dodo Payments checkout page: Squad Builder never sees, stores or processes your card number, CVC or bank details. The terms of Dodo Payments apply to the payment itself. Cancellations and refunds follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
New accounts may get a free VIP trial with limits. Trials can be changed or withdrawn at any time; paid subscriptions keep the features listed on the Pricing page for the period you paid for.
Intellectual property
The site's design, code and original texts belong to the operator. Game-related names, images, logos and trademarks belong to Electronic Arts Inc., its licensors and the respective clubs, leagues and players, and are used for informational and fan purposes only. If you are a rights holder and believe something should be removed, contact us.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" by one person. We do our best to keep it running, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or up to date. Free features may be changed or discontinued at any time; if a paid VIP feature is permanently removed during your paid period, you can ask for a refund of the unused part.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, lost coins or in-game items, or lost data arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you, including consumer protection rights.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always on this page with its date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's place of residence, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your own country. We will always try to resolve any issue informally first, so please contact us before anything else.
