Write to [email protected]. Messages in English or Russian get the quickest answer; other languages are fine too. Replies usually come within a few days.
What to write about
- Bug reports: what you did, what you expected, and a screenshot if possible.
- Wrong data: a card, price or chemistry value that looks off.
- Feature ideas and feedback.
- Account and privacy requests: please write from the email linked to your account.
- Rights holders: requests to remove content.
