Refund and Cancellation Policy
Limited SBC solving and squad automation are available to confirmed accounts before paying. VIP is generally non-refundable except where required by law or this policy. You can cancel at any time.
Free access before VIP
Confirmed accounts can use one SBC solve and three squad auto-builds per 24 hours before buying. Please try the free features to decide whether VIP suits you.
Cancelling
VIP is a monthly or yearly subscription that renews automatically. You can cancel it at any time before the next billing date: in your profile on squad-builder.com (Subscription → Cancel subscription), from the Dodo Payments customer portal linked in your receipt, or by writing to [email protected]. After cancelling you keep VIP until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
Refunds
Payments for VIP are non-refundable, including partially used periods, except in the cases below:
- You were charged but VIP was not activated on your account and we could not fix it.
- A technical fault on our side made VIP features unavailable for a significant part of the paid period.
- You were charged twice for the same period, or charged after you had cancelled.
- A refund is required by the consumer protection law that applies to you.
Refunds are not given for in-game results, market prices or decisions you made using the site: all data is provided for information only (see the Terms of Service).
How to ask for a refund
Write to [email protected] from the email linked to your account within 14 days of the payment, and include the date of the payment and a short description of the problem. We reply within a few days. Approved refunds are issued through Dodo Payments to the original payment method; how long the money takes to arrive depends on your bank.
Chargebacks
If something went wrong, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank: most issues are solved quickly by email. Accounts with open chargebacks may lose VIP access while the dispute is reviewed.
